VHK Education is run by two practising GPs with over 35 years of experience, who are keen to share their knowledge, skills and expertise. Dr Vicky Hobbs and Dr Heidi Kerr offer bespoke education, delivering trusted up to date guidance in all aspects of women’s health allowing HCPs navigate the common issues that they see on a daily basis. Feedback from colleagues as GPs, nursing colleagues and trainees has been extremely complimentary and positive. They currently offer advice and guidance sessions for an online company Health & Her on menopause management.
Mike is an experienced, organisation consultant, with 10 years in UK Healthcare followed by 15 years in a major UK retail company with an annual turnover in excess of £11 billion and employees of 95,000. Mike is now in his sixth year as an independent Organisational Consultant.
Mike specialises in Organisation Development solutions, both in the UK and in Europe. He is experienced at designing and delivering major programmes including change, leadership, coaching and team development; Mike is also a highly experienced Executive & Personal Coach.

With a career in the NHS spanning over 20 years, Dawn served 4 years at Board level both as CEO and Director. Managing Director of her own Interim Management and Consultancy Company for 15 years, Dawn has provided senior consultancy expertise to Healthcare Boards and Executive Teams. A qualified Executive and Business Coach, Dawn is experienced in coaching Board Executives, Governing Body members and a range of other Clinical Professionals as well as Senior Managers in public and private sector organisations.
Dawn has a track record of building successful teams and is a natural motivator. With key skills in strategic change management, relationship management, and team facilitation, she brings a positive energy into facilitation to enable groups to engage and enjoy the session. Dawn has worked as a Practice Director and with her MA dissertation on the Impact of Changing Culture in general practice has a broad and deep understanding of the work environment that your clients work in. She has worked extensively with GP Federations, Primary Care Networks and General Practice Teams.
Currently Dawn is working as:
• OD Business Partner for Four Cheshire CCGs providing commissioning support for OD across the range of CCG business
• Co-facilitator and consultant providing OD support to the Black Country and West Birmingham CCGs
• Programme Lead for PCN Development Programmes on behalf of North West Leadership Academy
Jo is the Lead Respiratory Nurse for Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust and Nurse Trainer for Education for Health, who has been working proactively within and across the NHS for the last 31 years. She is passionate and committed in upskilling and supporting Healthcare Professional development in Respiratory Care and Management through aligning and simplifying Treatment Guidelines and Pathways and designing effective training programmes shaped around the needs of Clinicians and Allied Health Professionals which has resulted into improved outcomes for patients.
Through her hard work and dedication, Jo has won the HSJ Vision Award for Dudley Integrated Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Local Enhanced Service and Pathway for designing an enhanced joined up respiratory service across Primary, Community and Secondary Care which demonstrated her firm commitment in wanting to make a difference to all the different stakeholders who she interacts and engages with in the area of respiratory.
Jo sits on several NHS Committees within Dudley and the Black Country Local Health Economies, inputting positively into policy decisions ensuring value for money and effective implementation for the benefit of the GP Practices, the NHS as a whole and ultimately empowering patients to live their lives to the max.
Liam started work as a registered pharmacist and has steered his career to focus on learning and development for almost thirty years. He has supported teams in community pharmacy, primary and secondary healthcare sectors as well as the voluntary sector. After succeeding in senior operational, development and HR roles he has managed his own learning and development consultancy, working with clients in healthcare and corporate environments. As an executive coach he has works with chief officers, managing directors, medical consultants and heads of department to help them make sense of a challenging world and succeed.
Liam has the ability to inject energy and fun into topics engaging audiences and making difficult topics memorable and applicable in the workplace. His action orientated approach leads to an increased level of self-reliance that encourages clients to move to the next level of performance. Whether helping teams develop, facilitating meetings, coaching or running webinars or workshops he creates a supportive environment that encourages self-discovery but is not afraid to challenge participants to overcome their limiting self-beliefs.

Viv Marsh is a specialist nurse with more than 30 years’ experience of NHS clinical practice across primary, secondary and community care settings. Viv believes that excellence in education for healthcare professionals and supporting self-management are the key to improving health outcomes for people with Long Term Conditions.
As Facilitation Coordinator for the IMP2ART research programme Viv manages the facilitation of the IMP2ART implementation strategy in general practice. Alongside this role, Viv also works part time in primary care diagnosing, reviewing and managing patients with asthma and supports a CCG around standards of care for children with asthma.
Viv has a number of additional professional interests including roles on the editorial board for a nursing journal and the committee for the National Paediatric Respiratory and Allergy Nurses Group (NPRANG), writing for publication and membership of the Asthma UK Council for Health Professionals. In 2020 Viv joined the Primary Care Respiratory Society Education Committee.
