  • Wellbeing trends for 2025

Offered to all staff in primary care with an interest in health (virtual workshop capped at 30 for interaction).
Taking a look back at what the trends were in 2024 and forward to new ones in 2025 (with the wellness industry showing no signs of slowing down -$1.8 trillion with 5-10% growth predicted), where we need to focus our efforts and how to help optimise our wellbeing. Listen to experts Shaween and Jo, plus guests, who have done all the research for you, so you don’t have to worry about fleeting fads vs evidence-based solutions. Join them for a fascinating 1-hour workshop cutting through the hype on what’s worth the investment, and what’s practical in our ever-busy lives.

  • Kindness, Joy and Empathy as a Superpower

Offered to all staff in primary care with an interest in health (virtual workshop capped at 30 for interaction)
In a world where we often feel that kindness may be taken as weakness, we delve into the research that shows that we are happier, more successful in work, and physically and mentally healthier if we give and receive little acts of kindness. So why do we resist it so much? Join Shaween and Jo as they think about it and try to discover how they can bring more into their own world.

  • Healthy Aging and Longevity

Offered to all staff in primary care with an interest in health (virtual workshop capped at 30 for interaction)
As our life expectancy increases, the challenge and opportunity that comes with this is ensuring that these extra years are as healthy and productive as possible. Join coaching experts Jo and Shaween as they discuss the very important topic of shifting from an aging society to that of a longevity society, anchored in prevention and investment regardless of age or profession.

  • The Power of Connection

Offered to all staff in primary care with an interest in health (virtual workshop capped at 30 for interaction)
Removing a sense of disconnection keeps people in work, maintains health and helps achieve a longer life expectancy. Despite growing awareness and efforts around this area, the problem persists with 1 in 5 employees feeling lonely at work. Many areas of modern life contribute to loneliness, so what can be done? Join Shaween and Jo as we open up evidence-based discussions and consider where we are going wrong, and how we can raise the profile of this at work and within our communities.

  • Sleep; the often-overlooked pillar of heathy living

Offered to all staff in primary care with an interest in health (virtual workshop capped at 30 for interaction)
Let’s deep dive into sleep, why we do it, why we should prioritise it and how to try to get it. Join coaches Shawen and Jo to talk all things sleep, evidence-based, and why hoping that counting sheep may not be the answer.

Personalised care

We also provide training with Social Prescribing Link Workers, Care Co-ordinators and Health Coaches.

These roles play an important role within your PCNs to proactively identify and work with people, including the frail/elderly and those with long-term conditions, to provide coordination and navigation of care and support across health and care services. Ensuring they have the correct skills is key to success, and our training will ensure your team has the skills and updates they require.

Exercise Sessions

We are passionate about wellbeing and helping staff to keep healthy, active and fit! Unfortunately, due to remote working, many of us sit at our desks for a prolonged amount of time.

We are proud to work with SitStrong to deliver virtual physical wellbeing sessions for your workforce.

Our exercise sessions are proven to increase energy levels and maximise productivity with dramatic improvements in mental health.

We can tailor these sessions to your needs. They can be as short as 30 minutes, ad hoc or regularly, and we can also provide session plans for staff to follow in between live sessions. Contact us to find out more.
