This 90-minute virtual webinar is designed specifically for General Practice Nurses (GPNs) working in primary care. The session will provide practical, clinically relevant guidance to support the assessment and management of patients with obesity.

- Communicating effectively with patients to encourage behaviour change and goal-setting
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the webinar, delegates will be able to:
- Identify patients at risk from obesity and understand the clinical implications
- Apply evidence-based strategies, including lifestyle and pharmacological approaches, in their consultations
- Navigate GLP-1 therapy considerations, including initiation, monitoring, and managing treatment cessation
- Use practical tools, local pathways, and referral options to support patient care
- Communicate confidently with patients to set realistic goals and support behaviour change
